2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly:
- Full name and work email address
- Company name, website URL, and industry
- Cloud provider and compliance framework selections
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details)
- Demo booking details including company size and preferred time slots
b) Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, device type, and IP address
- Pages visited and time spent on the platform
- Referring URLs and search terms
- Facebook Pixel data for advertising analytics (see Section 6)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
c) Assessment data:

- Scan history and remediation progress
3. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, operate, and improve the ComplytixHub platform

- Process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe

- Schedule and conduct product demos
- Improve our AI recommendations and assessment accuracy

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information only with:
- Stripe — for secure payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Email service providers — to deliver your reports and notifications
- Analytics providers — including Facebook (Meta) Pixel for advertising measurement
- Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
We do not share your compliance assessment data with any third party for commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days upon written request to support@complytixhub.com. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
6. Cookies and Tracking
ComplytixHub uses the following tracking technologies:
- Session cookies — to keep you logged in
- Analytics cookies — to understand how users navigate the platform
- Facebook Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. The Facebook Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and pages visited. You can opt out of Facebook ad tracking at facebook.com/ads/preferences
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function properly as a result.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including:

- Secure payment processing via Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)
- Access controls limiting who within AGRANDINTL LLC can access user data
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
