1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using ComplytixHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and AGRANDINTL LLC ("Company," "we," "us").
2. Description of Service
ComplytixHub is a self-assessment and compliance automation platform that helps businesses evaluate their compliance posture against frameworks including PCI DSS 4.0, HIPAA, and SOC 2. The Platform provides:
- Guided compliance control assessments
- Severity-weighted compliance scoring
- Gap analysis and remediation recommendations
- Downloadable audit-preparation reports
- Continuous compliance monitoring tools

Compliance scores and reports generated by the Platform are intended to help you prepare for formal audits and identify gaps — they do not replace or substitute for a formal assessment by a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other accredited auditor. AGRANDINTL LLC makes no representations that use of this Platform will result in achieving or maintaining any regulatory certification.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@complytixhub.com
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
a) Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.

c) Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize AGRANDINTL LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
d) Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@complytixhub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Platform through the end of the paid period.
e) Refunds
If you cancel within your first 14-day trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial period, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@complytixhub.com.
f) Plan Changes
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, contact support@complytixhub.com. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform access without prior written consent from AGRANDINTL LLC
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in compliance assessments
- Use the Platform to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the Platform
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology on the ComplytixHub Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessment frameworks, scoring algorithms, and AI recommendations — are the exclusive property of AGRANDINTL LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data and information you submit to the Platform. By submitting data, you grant AGRANDINTL LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely to provide the Platform's services to you.
8. Confidentiality of Assessment Data
We treat your compliance assessment data as confidential. We will not share your specific assessment responses, scores, or gap analysis results with any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGRANDINTL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
- YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM
- ANY COMPLIANCE GAPS, AUDIT FAILURES, OR REGULATORY PENALTIES INCURRED DESPITE USE OF THE PLATFORM
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
- ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN PLATFORM CONTENT
IN NO EVENT SHALL AGRANDINTL LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGRANDINTL LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
